   An absolute shambles from start to finish. In my experience, this company seems to operate in permanent reverse gear. It took them nearly eight weeks just to give me an answer on a £52k bridging loan — and even then, I’d only actually receive £40k. Out of nowhere, I was hit with a £1,000 valuation fee that was never properly disclosed. Their excuse? Apparently they “left a question mark next to it.” Completely unacceptable. On top of that, they charged £500 just for the application, before anything had even moved forward. After jumping through all their hoops, they suddenly told us we needed extra solicitors to approve our signatures — again, never mentioned before — conveniently costing another £700. Then came even more surprise search fees, piling on cost after cost, none of which had been explained upfront. By the time everything was added together, we were looking at nearly £3,000 in unexpected charges. So in my experience, to borrow £40k, we were expected to absorb a £15k loss. Absolute madness. As if that wasn’t insulting enough, they then casually dropped that it would take another 12 weeks. At that point, we quite happily told them exactly where to go. Trying to speak to anyone was like shouting into the void — no one answers, no one helps, no one pushes anything forward. After reading other reviews, it’s clear we’re not alone. In my opinion, the service is abysmal, the process painfully slow, and the costs completely ridiculous. Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity

   The single worst company I have ever had the misfortune to get involved with. We took out a £30,000 loan and got into a bit of financial difficulty after a year and missed 3 payments. My repayments incurred FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS A MONTH in interest and it took us 17 years to repay it and then we still had to pay £43,000 to get rid of it. £30,000 loan ended up costing us about £150,000 over 17 years to repay them. We're going to sue them now. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!

   Bunch of clowns. Applied for a bridge and six weeks later they refused. In the six weeks they phoned once a week asking questions they already had asked. I've never been refused finance from anyone else. 23 years' experience as a property developer! I really don't know why they strung me along for six weeks as normally I get a bridge sorted in about 2-3 weeks.

   I wish I could say avoid at all costs, but in a limited market of specialist lenders they have proven to fund deals that others wouldn't. The main problem is that they are extremely slow and inefficient, they don't pay attention to detail, end up making way too many "administrative mistakes" such as changing interest rates at the last minute or reducing the amount they're willing to lend just 2 days before completion!! I'm meant to complete on a purchase this Friday and they're trying to reduce the payout by 100k!

   Staff are nice but the company and its policy. Interest rates are like day light robbery. They changed the offer letter 4 times in 3 months times and every time new offer letter came, interest rates and early redemption charges were different. It seemed that they put the number whatever they wanted to put in. When I tried to redeem 3 years after taking the mortgage, they were still charging the ERC on the full amount not the remaining balance. Also charges are too high. They made me to pay survey fees but chosen by them

   The most stressful process I have been through and I've purchased a number of properties in my time. In the middle of conveyancy Together gave us 2 days to complete or they'd increase their rate. There was absolutely no way their own team could have completed in that time ( their solicitor wasn't the quickest ) so this was absolutely impossible. They offered us an increased rate, then 2 days later on the Monday withdrew this for a huge increase. Unfortunately they had us over a barrel at this point as we would lose the property if we didn't go ahead. We did proceed but it took a few more weeks, largely down to their legal team. In contrast to this, another lender has held their rate they offered to me in April on another property with no increases or games. Would I recommend Together ? Absolutely and categorically not. Although we're in financially shaky times there have been very few lenders who have acted so unethically. I will definitely be giving them a wide berth on future projects. P.S. The system doesn't allow me to give zero stars or I would have done.

   Had a really good experience sorting our mortgage. Didn’t think we’d ever afford our own home, but using a broker meant we had access to lenders like together. Yes we paid more, but it has got us where we wanted. They kept us informed every step of the way through email and text and offered reassurance when needed.

   Together have been amazing. They came up with a solution to our complicated mortgage, no one else would. This company look at you as a person rather than a number and understand things aren't always black and white. They are thorough, friendly and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough.
