   I visited ICICI Manchester today to cancel some standing orders that I wasn't able to do online. Mr Rokothaman was very kind and sorted it all our for me. He also advised me on my Demat account. It is always very nice to visit ICICI Manchester. The customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.

   A Friendly Bank I have banked with this Branch for several years and been mostly satisfied with the service. Staff have been helpful and polite. Last year, my wife & I visited the Manchester branch, and we were served by Ms Sanya Puri, Deputy Branch Manager, who we found to be pleasant, professional and efficient. I have since then had reason to speak with her and she has always been friendly & obliging. There have however in the past been couple of occasions, when staff members after assuring me to ring back regarding a query, have not done so. It would be appreciated if the Branch can improve on this service. I certainly will continue to bank with this Branch for years to come.
