   I registered as a new patient and paid privately for a dentist appointment and hygiene appointment here after always going to a NHS dental clinic. When I saw the hygienist at this clinic, she immediately told me 20 minutes is not enough to clean my teeth before my appointment for the dentist and that I would need to pay for another appointment. When she cleaned my teeth, she had no assistant accompanying her so the water wss going all over my face; she tried cleaning with tools, washing and drying my face all by herself and she made me feel really uncomfortable. When I saw the dentist, she funny enough had an assistant who took 3 attempts just to get a mouth xray and wasn’t able to provide useful information or guidance about maintaining my teeth. I had an awful experience here compared to my previous NHS dental clinic

   Dr Kellie Jones is one of the most amazing dentists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, super informative and such a calm and wonderful disposition. She provided elevated care and took the time to answer my every question with care and attention. Her knowledge on Invisalign was incredible, If you want quality dental care Dr Kellie is the person to go to! Will be recommending to my friends and family.

   I’ve been at TLC dental for many years now, I can honestly say it is an excellent dental practice. I’ve moved outside of London but I still drive in as I always have the best experience. The receptionists are lovely and i love that they always call to remind you of your appointment. My dentist is Dr Anisah who is nothing short of spectacular at her job! She is honest and sincere - always recommending the best procedures. She explains things so clearly. I’ve just finished my invisalign treatment with her and she was great throughout. Would 100% recommend this dental practice for anyone in the area or even outside of Plaistow.

Appointments are quick to get and all work has been completed to a very high standard, including more complicated and difficult cases. Anisah Begum is an excellent dentist who can always recommend the best procedures for her patients. Would thoroughly recommend this dentist.

   Exemplary service all round, all costs told upfront, unbiased advice on different treatments, positives and negatives of each. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, and the dentist even helped with my health insurance policy so I got maximum value from it! I got an appointment for consultation and treatment the same day, no waiting around at all. Work was carried out with precision, dexterity and a charming bedside manner. I can't thank them enough. The receptionist noticed I was worried and spent the entire time reassuring me and calming down, until I felt at ease.

   I came to TLC Dental for amalgam removal. Not only did Dr Kellie follow the protocols 100% she and the dental nurse also made it a pleasant experience - which really counts when the treatment can take 2 or 3 hours. Dr K is caring, explained things well, and was very patient answering all my questions at every step of the way.... The practice as a whole is really efficient and the team work really comes across. Everyone was lovely and made it a pleasant experience. Big thanks - I never thought I would feel this good about dental work!!! RH - July to September 2022

   Dr. Kellie Jones is by far one of the most welcoming and sophiscated dental practitioner I have ever come across. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the practice as I have a phobia of dentist. She explained perfectly the dental procedures she would take in order to restore my teeth to its natural beauty. Also, her assistant Maya was very supportive throughout my dental procedure.

   Cant recommend the surgery enough! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by amazing and super friendly staff and everyone there is so helpful. Dr Begum has been amazing throughout my journey at TLC dental. I was apprehensive and worried about coming to a new dentist after some time away and wanting some dental treatment for my wedding. She explained everything I would need and want in great detail and with kindness and empathy, and I felt safe and secure each time I have seen her. I can't recommend Dr Begum and all the staff at TLC Dental enough!
