I visited this dental practice for a teeth scaling treatment and have now been here three times - with one of them being a consultation. Each visit has been consistently excellent, with all the staff being warm, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to mention Monica, who has carried out my treatments. She has a genuinely kind and caring manner, and her attention to detail and patient care were outstanding throughout the entire process. The treatment was gentle and completely pain-free. The clinic is spotless, modern, and held to a high standard. Dr. Monica took the time to explain every step before and during the procedure, which really put me at ease. I’m so glad to have finally met the dentist who’s taking such good care of my teeth!
I have contacted them as I needed just an OPG scan and as though they do not have the machine, they were happy to refer me to another clinic which could do it for me. Monica was extremely helpful and didn't charge me anything to do the referral. I had contacted another clinic and they want me to pay £50 for a consultation plus another £55 for the OPG. I highly recommend this clinic.
The dentist has a very professional approach and provides detailed consultations before any major procedures. She outlines the risks and explains it in a very simple manner. Would definitely recommend!
