   It's been years since I was in a tesco and that's only because of where I live, there isn't one close by. I was in the neighbourhood of this tesco and all was good. I was in with mu little girl and found everything we were looking for and an extra shirt for myself which I was pleased about. I went to self checkout and paid in 2 transactions as some bits were for work. You are given an option if you wanted a receipt or not. My purchase I wasn't bothered about one but the one for work I got one. I didn't realise the shirt had a tag on it, my fault I should of looked. The alarm went off by the self ch3ckout and I went back in to see someone about it. When I told her that I didn't have it she straight away assumed I hadn't paid. She said there was nothing they could do as i didnt have a reciept,I told her what till and how much it came to. It took another member of staff to them come over and checked through the transactions, overall I got out without being wrestled to the ground by security. My gripe is that you have a choice of a receipt or not, if there is no other way of checking then how would you tell if I was telling the truth or not. Also why am I being accused knowing full well myself I had paid. Bare in mind I have my 18 month old girl pulling me to leave. I found it all abit frustrating.

   Having just moved to the area, this was the first supermarket we visited to fill the bare cupboards. The supermarket itself had everything and more than we needed. We arrived at the tills and was greeted by Graham, he was so lovely and friendly and went above and beyond to welcome us to the area and even offered tips on where to take the kids etc. Something I’ve never experienced in any other Tescos or supermarket for that matter. I can honestly say he made our whole family feel so welcome that the kids have since asked to go back and see Graham. We have seen him twice, second time around I couldn’t believe that he had even remembered my little one’s name. The kids made me queue at his till even though we only had a couple of items just to say hi again. Just what we needed when arriving in a new county with no family or friends around. Big thanks to Graham for his customer service and Tescos. We also had a really lovely experience in Timpson outside.

   Title: Very Disappointed – Serious Food Safety Issue My 75-year-old mother has been a loyal Tesco Online (Clay Cross) customer for years, always trusting that the food delivered would be safe. Unfortunately, she recently contracted listeria despite only buying her groceries from Tesco Online. This was an incredibly distressing and worrying time for our family, especially given her age and health risks. We have lost all confidence in Tesco’s food safety standards. It is unacceptable that something so serious could happen, and we will no longer be shopping here. I hope Tesco takes this matter seriously, investigates thoroughly, and ensures no other customer has to go through the same experience.

   This Tescos is always busy with lots of local customers. It’s a big supermarket not the biggest. The best part is huge amount of parking so that’s never going to be an issue. Does everything you would expect plus fashion, cash points, shoes, pharmacy, cafe area which is usually busy as well. It’s next door to poundland and pets at home. Never personally had any issues when using the supermarket staff seem friendly enough and lots of them.

   Really nice big Tesco, everything you need on one place really. Food, clothing, garden bits is all here. Nice spacious store also plenty of space to get around freely!! One of the bigger extras with opticians onsite also. Really heat range of products although you do find it can be more expensive than others. Nice cafe inside also it is hard to beat for having everything in one place!!

   This is one of the better Tescos in the area. The staff are friendly, unlike other Tesco stores and the store is well stocked. It is what it is though, don’t expect personal service or to be acknowledged, it’s not the Tesco way. The car park is ok and there are some motorcycle bays

   This is my nearest Tesco and a nice store it is very clean and tidy all the staff are nice plenty of stock, but why keep moving stuff around! I know it's to keep us on our toes and to keep buying random stuff but I only shop for essentials (I leave the rest to the good lady)
