   The staff in here are amazing !!! Friendly, Nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately...Morrissons being the greedy company that they are think it's ok the leave a lone working member of staff to deal with everything !! Shop counter, deliveries and the Post Office...being responsible for a lot of cash etc. Giving the staff undue pressure and stress. Even under this dreadfully treatment by thier employers they still.smile

   Quality of service depends on who’s working. Amy and Lucy have it to a tee, they go above and beyond to help where possible. You see those above and Katie? Busting their backs to get stock out, serve customers and keep the shop tidy and help you where possible. As did kym on the post office when she was there. Other staff members, including one young person mentioned in the previous comments sits on her phone at the counter glaring and giving the side eye as well as sarcastic comments if she acknowledges you at all. It’s a shame one staff member brings it down and tarnishes the whole team as on general a lovely bunch, except for a few weaker characters who bring down the quality of customer service and let the shop lag. I feel for the people who don’t drive or have the access to use facilities out of the village as this is their lifeline, and a sham of one it is.

   Shocking customer service. Kim is a very rude and arrogant person. The staff never has a smile on their face. Glad I'm moving house because I won't have to deal with the self minded people who work there anymore. WILL NOT BE VISITING THE SHOP AGAIN
