Fairly easy to setup initial arrangement but difficult to get any assistance during the lifetime of the agreement. Also, take note they fleece you by insisting on an additional final payment to allow you to retain the goods at the end of the period, and don't appear to issue an ownership document to prove that you are now the legal holder.

Like many small businesses taking risks in start up I've had to navigate not only the pressures of the start up journey but equally some fairly huge life events. Admiral have worked with me on more than one occasion to ensure that I could get through these issues. I have found them to be a supportive and solutions based organisation. I would like to name Joshua Paul in particular, his sensible 'real life' approach has been refreshing.

Just taken my 3rd lease agreement with this company and wouldn’t use anywhere else. Had nothing but positive experiences all 3 times. The first two agreements were taken when I was just starting my company so had no real finance history to show and they still worked with me and got the finance accepted! All staff I’ve dealt with have been extremely helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend!

What a dreadful company with awful, uncaring, ruthless, rude employees!! I lease purchased a product from them over 3 years, they continued to take further payments and would not refund. They then stated that I would have to make yet a further payment to own the product and kept putting that payment price up. Given the fact that my business has been closed for 6 months of this year they have been ruthless, greedy and extremely rude. I would advise anyone thinking of lease purchasing anything from them to think again
A big thank you to Simon Etheridge at Admiral Leasing for understanding my repayment difficulties whilst my business, SOUTHDOWNS COSMEDIC CLINIC, has been closed. Admiral have been hugely sympathetic and helpful in allowing me a payment holiday on my leasing contract, and putting forward a plan for the future, when hopefully my income will return. I would not hesitate to use them again when my salon grows and I can invest in further treatments.
Agreed a lease, made us go and buy the equipment..then on the day we asked for the money said their lenders had pulled out of all lease finance agreements due to covid19. ..This nearly killed our business and would have if we were a normal startup. Then when we complained pulled clause out of agreement demanding things they knew we didn't have. ...Don't touch with a bargepole, there are many leasing providers guys, don't use one that goes back on agreements. Shire, tower, GE all work on much clearer terms. Thanks
