1. Truth Disclosed ★☆☆☆☆

   After numerous phone calls being ignored I decided to pay them a visit just to find out that they are closed on a Monday. I came today and the rude receptionist would not answer the door and rudely said wait outside I’m on the phone. I’m suffering from major toothaches and swelling and I need to get registered as soon as possible in order to get my extraction surgery. This has caused me massive pain and now I have to go all the way back home because the rude receptionist would not answer the door. One of the workers also came out and said you can’t come inside to register (which only takes 5 minutes) because “she is on break”. Honestly guys stay away from this place because they don’t care about us. Just there to work on get a pay check then go home. So sad and I honestly don’t know what I am going to do now. I’m a young male that was born and grew up in this country.

   So many bad comments about this dentist very upsetting because my experience been totally different the receptionist are lovely always welcoming, had a appointment with Dr simon and he was amazing!!! I need a lot of dental work and his making it so easy for me and helping me so much with the cost

   I’ve never experienced such poor service anywhere in my life as I did at this dental practice in Newham. It stands out as the worst in our area. The staff, in particular, are extremely rude and lack basic communication skills. They don’t seem to know how to talk to clients or treat them with respect. It’s clear that before working in a dental practice, they should undergo essential customer service or communication training. It’s important for anyone dealing with patients to have a grasp of how to handle conversations and address concerns in a professional and polite manner. Unfortunately, this practice seems to be severely lacking in that area, which leads to an unpleasant experience for anyone who visits. Basic courtesy and customer care should be a priority in any healthcare setting, especially in a field where people are already likely to feel anxious or uncomfortable. This practice’s inability to provide even decent service, combined with their staff’s rude behavior, makes it a place I would not recommend to anyone. A focus on patient care and respectful communication is desperately needed here.

   Susana at the reception is just wonderful. She’s always so supportive and approachable, which makes such a difference whenever I visit. Whether I have a question, need to change an appointment, or just need a bit of reassurance before going in, she’s always there with a smile and a kind word. She genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door, and you can really feel it. Susana makes the whole experience so much easier, and I always appreciate her warm, welcoming attitude.    Badly organised and unprofessional. I should have trusted the other bad reviews but I needed an appointment urgently and could not be seen anywhere else. I booked an appointment, received a confirmation but when I arrived there I was told they had no availability and could not see me. When I booked I made it clear this was an emergency appointment, so they clearly did not care that I must have been in pain and could have tried to make an appointment somewhere else if they gave me a bit more notice. I had to leave work early for this too and then had to rush to find somewhere else. I will not be coming back
