   I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with this dentist. I visited to receive treatment under the NHS and was quoted £150 for 1 root canal and 1 filling which should’ve been £75.30 under band 2 NHS dental treatment. When I questioned the inflated cost and refused to overpay, the dentist became confrontational and told me he will leave my root canal treatment unfinished and I should find somewhere else to complete it. This is a clear attempt to exploit a patient and completely unacceptable, especially within the NHS system, which should be accessible and fair. I was left feeling vulnerable, mistreated, and concerned for others who might not know their rights under NHS dental charges. Thankfully, I’ve since found a new NHS dentist who has been transparent, professional, and far more caring in their approach.

   Barely any availability due to only one dentist available, which resulted in poor dental work completed that didn't last. I've moved areas and on my first dental visit at a new clinic a lot of issues were found, some relating to the procedures I had completed at this dental surgery years ago. My advice would be to find an alternative facility, even if you need to travel further out.

   My mother had her dentures made here. The process took many visits, which was explained to us. From start to finish, the service from the dentist, his assistant and the receptionist was first class. They were pleasant, professional and treated my elderly mother with dignity and respect at all times. The surgery and waiting area was clean and maintained to a good standard. Would thoroughly recommend.

   I have suffered tooth pain since Friday evening. Called 111 they haven’t helped me. So today morning I decided to try my dental surgery. And surprise surprise, they gave me an appointment for most suitable time. I came to a surgery knowing that my tooth in a very bad shape, so I asked to extract it, having be ready to get an implant later on. But Dr. Giri, not just saved my tooth but also performed amazing work, I felt nothing. And it was done in just 25 minutes. Amazing doctor and great dental surgery. Me and my kids 11 years registered with them and we have been looked after always. Those doctors are from God.

   What a waste of time. I waited 6 months on the waiting list to register and get a consultation. Few days ago I needed urgent treatment. Got an appointment for 3 months later. I then personally called and was told by the receptionist that I need to have a consultation before I could be seen I told her to check this information againand got an apology. I was told to call in around 9am for emergency service took a day off and the dentist was off because he was not well.i told her to take my name out from their registrar. What a waste of time.

   I'd advise patients to get their appointments confirmed in writing. I made an appointment for my 72 year old mum a couple of months ago - yes, MONTHS ago. Today was the day of the appointment and mum went along only to be turned away as they didn't have any record of an appointment at all. I phoned up the receptionist to query what happened and it was a classic case of computer says no. The next available appointment is in another 3 months! I did ask what happens if mum turns up only to be turned away again. The receptionist did provide her name and said she'd be working that day but is she really going to remember this particular appointment? Regardless if it's not on the system then you're not seeing the dentist. My message to reception staff is please ensure you enter appointment details on your system promptly so you don't forget - it's basic stuff. Also your practice should invest in some kind of email/text confirmation system. I'm sorry to write this bad review as the dentist, Mr Dodia, is actually quite good. I've not had a problem with him. However, I hate that they made a booking for my mum only to turn her away on the day. Let down by basic admin errors.

Sunil is a very good dentist and very caring to his patients. I was in so much pain with my teeth but treated me so quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much.
