I saw Dr Jiun and her assistant today for my dental care, they were so caring. Dr Jiun work on my tooth with all the care, left my tooth feeling great. And advised on the care I should take. I couldn't ask for anything less. Very professional in her dental care. She is one of the best.
Saba and Qairah were amazing. They gave me an amazing alternative opinion and I avoided getting a root canal. I’m also terrified of the dentist any I almost fell asleep having my filling. They totally put me at ease along with a painless, relaxing and very quick service.
Ifat was amazing! I had a great experience with my hygienist today. She was really understanding and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she did a fantastic job with the cleaning and my teeth feel amazing. It’s so nice to be treated by someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to make the experience comfortable. Highly recommend!
The whole team is excellent. The support through extensive dental treatment has been superb. The service has only been improved by the advanced technology here with 3D whole mouth scans to complement the x-rays and get a better insight into dental issues.
Ive been with this surgery for many years and it's brilliant. The staff are friendly and helpful and the medical staff are outstanding. They have a fantastic hygienist too! Aside from professional care they always offer good advice and tips for maintaining good teeth and oral hygiene at home. Highly recommended.

I have been waiting for them to answer my call for exactly 1hr15mins and and I’m giving up. I was initially on #6 on the queue and for the past approx. 45minutes I had been on #1. It’s ridiculous!
I just called the dentist. Being in the queue for 40mins and as soon as I got connected to line, the line was disconnected. They never bothered to call back. Very bad service
Just took my mum here, she is 70+, her appointment was at 2pm but because we were 9 minutes early the receptionist wouldn't let us in and wait. She said they were closed and we needed to come back at 2pm, so i took my mum back to my car. But just moments later she let another customer in. What a joke this place is. No apology when i confronted her, she just said "we finished lunch early". WOW Ubhi great place your running here. My mum has mobility problems and the receptionist could have let us in, but I guess if your the receptionist you can go on a power trip.
As my local dentist since childhood I've always been happy with the service that Dr Ubhi and his team have provided. With the new refurbishments it is really stepping up its game! My immediate and extended family choose this dentist as their preferred choice. Dr Ubhi is always welcoming and genuinely cares about his patients. I also visit the hygienist couple of times a year and she is always attentive and does a great job. For those who have dental insurance like myself, they support and give all required receipts and invoices and fill in any forms that are needed so I never have any issues.
