I've recently received treatment at Orchard Green Dental Practice and wanted to share my experience. Our family has been attending the practice for several years now, primarily for routine check-ups with no major issues. However, I recently needed to have a crown fitted on one of my back molars, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. The entire process was clearly explained to me, including all the available treatment options and associated costs. I felt fully informed and never pressured into making a decision. Appointments were arranged at my convenience, and the crown was fitted over two sessions. I can’t recommend Dr Nicola and her team highly enough. She did a fantastic job — the crown looks great, and she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure. She regularly checked on me during both the preparation and fitting stages, which I really appreciated. The practice staff and management are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the excellent care.
I attended my second Hygenist appointment yesterday. Jessica the Hygenist did a brilliant job. She is friendly, very professional and informative. I am extremely satisfied.
So nice to finally find a dental practice where the dentist is not only experienced but kind and takes the time needed to address any questions or concerns that you may have. I felt very well looked after. A lovely, modern and friendly practice with really nice support staff and a great hygienist.
My worry was that I will be late if I can not find a parking space. Luckily it was not a problem. I was greeted by a friendly smile of a receptionist, fortunately I did not have to wait for long. Met a very polite and humble dentist, everything was explained in simple english without any Jargon. Overall it was an excellent experience.
It is the second time I have seen Nicola and I’ve never had such a fantastic dentist. She talks me through everything and is so gentle - hasn’t hurt me once! Thank you to nicola and her assistant!
Excellent experience all the way from booking my appointment by telephone which was polite and super efficient to how I was greeted on arrival for my check up by the practice receptionist . My dentist and dental nurse were equally welcoming and professional, and my visit was topped off by excellent treatment and advice from the hygienist. The premises are spotlessly clean and all equipment seemed state of the art to my untrained eye. First class/ professional practice.
My first visit since the pandemic started. The whole place has been refreshed. Staff and dentist were friendly and welcoming. I found the whole experience relaxing.Hard to see how it could be improved, but wheelchair users would find access challenging.
A friendly and efficient service. I'm always a bit nervous when I first get onto the dentist's chair but it was a gentle examination and the dentist put me at ease (The only minor down point in my view was the choice of music in the reception which was far from relaxing and a bit annoying. I much preferred it when they played nature videos on the TV which were very calming.)
