   I had an excellent experience at Smile Dental Clinic with Dr. Sharwar and Dr. Haque. They were absolutely lovely and worked together perfectly while removing a bridge from my mouth for an extraction. Both doctors were extremely patient, gentle, and very careful to make sure I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel safe and well cared for.    I’ve been a patient at this practice for some time, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I’ve received. Dr Ahmed helped me through leaps and bounds with my dental anxiety, and when she went on maternity leave, I was genuinely nervous about continuing my treatment. I even considered waiting for her return but I reminded myself how far I’d come and trusted that the practice would continue to take care of me. I’m so glad I did. I was introduced to Dr Vimal, who has been an incredible addition to the team. She is warm, patient, and truly thorough in her work. What I appreciate most is how she takes the time to explain everything clearly, outlining the plan of action step by step so you always know what to expect. She encourages questions and consistently checks that you’re comfortable throughout the process. I recently had some periodontal treatment done with Dr Vimal, and I can already feel a huge improvement. Her work is excellent, and I genuinely feel confident and well cared for under her expertise. Furthermore, the reception staff and dental nurses all help make this a smooth-running, welcoming place. They’re kind, professional, and always ready to support it’s clear the whole team is committed to providing great care.    This is a really great practice full of dedicated staff. I had a really bad experience at my last dental practice and when I came here I was really pleased with how patient and understanding the dentist was. Dr Ahmed and her assistant offered a wonderful, safe and professional service, and as a nervous patient like myself, they really put me at ease. The receptionists always go out of their way to try and give appointments that suit your times and if they have any cancellations they often call to accommodate for requests made for quicker appointments. I cannot fault the service whatsoever and I would definitely recommend them for your dental care needs. Thank you to the team at Smile Dental :)

   Terrible service. I called on a Monday to get an emergency appointment and was told by the receptionist "come tomorrow at 12:25 and your dentist will see you". When I turned up for my appointment, I saw the panic on the receptionist face knowing she had messed up only to be told my appointment is actually on Wednesday! I told her that when I had called the previous day, she told me to come in the following day (Tuesday) and I even called my boss to get that day off but she just looked at me with a guilty look saying they don't have anything available. If you know you have made a mistake, put your hand up and own up. It's the lie that really annoyed me. I should have filmed the look on her face and posted that.... She knew she was in the wrong but refused to admit it. I have an infection in my mouth and am extremely disappointed that the practice which I have been registered with for over 15 years won't let me see a dentist for 5 minutes as an emergency. I'm still unable to see my dentist which I actually pay for (I have had both NHS and private treatment). Fix up guys and don't take me off your list for this honest review!
