   Horrible customer service and unprofessional Rude to customers. Dentist isn't welcoming or friendly. Told me to go somewhere else if I want a general clean of my teeth that's covered for free under maternity. Why would I go pay for something that I'm entitled to or go somewhere else when u are a dentist. It's ur job!

   The rudest and most obnoxious professional I've ever had to deal with in any field. Terrible work doing my root canal.. It's never felt natural and I'm CONSTANTLY flossing, which according to the dentist is normal. It isn't the case with my other root canal from another dentist. Which is perfection. The excuses the dentist gave and how i was spoken to was ridiculous and condescending. And the receptionist doubling up as a nurse - in and out of the surgery - isn't there any hygiene issues here? Both the receptionist and dentist terribly rude and unprofessional as each other. I am a private paying patient. I WOULDN'T have work done from Pearls for free!!

The clinic itself is clean, calm, and relaxing, which helps make every visit comfortable. They always put my family and I at ease and show great attention to detail—the care is consistently excellent. It’s clear they truly care about their patients.

   I’ve been going to Pearls Dental Centre for over five years now and from walking in the door being greeted by the dental nurse and receptionist, Ms Ilona at the front of house, I immediately feel calm and cared for. Dr Frances and her team are always reassuring and very informative. I also want to give a huge thanks to Dr Frances for carrying out two root canal procedures with great success. Dr Frances is such a gentle person, and I was never in any discomfort during my treatments. If you require the very best of dental treatment, don’t hesitate to contact Pearl’s Dental Centre and you will be in the most incredible hands. Thank you again to Dr Frances and her team.

   So glad I found Pearls. I've been to a few different dental practices over the years and haven't aways had the best treatment. However, I've finally found a dentist I feel I can trust. Very professional and clean. I feel at ease receiving treatment there.

   Where do I start with Pearls dental centre, firstly the service from staff is very professional and communicative. I use to shy away from smiling due to how my teeth use to look until I started going to pearls dental centre. Within a year my teeth looked much better arguably perfect and now I can't stop smiling as you can see from the photos. Not only has Pearls Dental centre fixed my smile but they also boosted my confidence so I definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff at Pearls Dental Centre.

   If I could give less that 1 star I would. I had an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist and dentist was sooooooo rude. In the ended I walked out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS DENTIST. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED. The most unprofessional place I've been to in my life!! Don't trust then in your mouth.

   I came to this practice as a friend's recommended them to me. I honestly had an unpleasant experience. Everytime I've booked in for an appointment I had to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. They also rescheduled multiple appointments hours before I was due in. The dentist herself felt very rushed and didn't give much aftercare advice post procedure. On the up side the young nurse that was assisting her was very caring and helpful. I'm disappointed as I was really hoping to have a positive experience the way my friend did.
