   I had not been able to keep my appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, I had let myself go. Today I walked into the dental room and I was ashamed. I did speak of my fear I thought I had tooth decay , plaque , gum disease etc I was made comfortable I was pleasedthey realised and see the person I was, Today was a good day !! I explained I’ve been smoking drinking etc I wasn’t judged If you are nervous and afraid to smile, Please don’t give up as it’s not as bad as you think! Payment plans in place they will work with you ! Professional and today after a year I spoke about my anxiety and they really were incredible!!! Thank you

   I have been attending this Practice since it opened and would never go anywhere else .Since moving to Saffron Walden I travel down to appointments .All staff are true professionals and everyone is kind ,polite and welcoming .Mund is a very skilled dentist and if you arrive with a problem he will surely find a fix for it .The team go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed.I recommend this practice without hesitation .Simply the best !

   I have been a patient at this practice for a couple of years now .The reception staff are always warm;welcoming and helpful on the phone and when visiting the surgery. The dentist and nurses are always gentle and patient with me as a nervous patient. The treatment and care I have had has been excellent .

   Really recommend this Dentist. They are always efficient, on time and very careful. They have great sense of humour too! They are very mindful when you are feeling discomfort during procedures and immediately always check to make sure you are ok.

   My wife Barbara had been having excruciating dental pain for weeks and not being able to get an appointment at my dentists, we contacted Fencepiece Dental who accommodated Barbara at quite short notice. The first visit comforted my wife, the very next day she went in for urgent work and so far is feeling much better. All folk who work at FDC are extremely kind, caring and friendly and we would recommend the practise to anyone. Brilliant!

   Have been a patient of Mund for around 20 years now and always feel extremely well cared for hence why i have never now changed my dentist after some bad experiences previously. The practise is very professional and efficient, and always there to help and offer advise. The receptionists are very good and Sue the dental nurse i cant thank enough for the care during treatments. Thank you to all at the practise for getting me over my fear of the dentist and making each visit a pleasure!
