Brilliant service for an emergency dental treatment. Pain free more or less and very kind and courteous. Would highly recommend this doctor of dentistry.

DO NOT COME HERE I’ve been waiting for my hygiene appointment since April. It was booked for September. I had to cancel this appointment and rebook and the rude receptionist said it’ll be for next year now. She gave me 2 dates before February 2025 which I can’t do. I then asked for a refund and that I’ll be leaving this dentist as there’s always a huge wait time and the receptionists are rude. The receptionist said you can come next Wednesday before 4:30 to get a refund? Surely I should be able to walk in and get my money back as quickly as you take it for a hygiene appointment 5 months in advance.
The dentists are brilliant, very kind and knowledgeable. However the reception staff aren't as kind. I write this literally minutes after walking in for an appointment, for the receptionist to not even make eye contact. About 20 seconds later she puts a form on the table and says "do you pay for your treatment?" Does the word hello not exist anymore? Or a smile? Good manners cost nothing! However like I said, the dentists are fantastic here!
Ive been goin here for 20+ years i wouldn't change it the ladys there are great Karen is an amazing at her job sheryl is just as amazing the dentist there are always friendly accommodating to all ppl that attend ill aways give this 5 starts or more!!!
Visited practice in October put a ease had everything explained about replacing missing front tooth very well shaman Hakim was excellent
Kind and caring staff, both assessment and dental treatment appointments were covered with absolute consideration and attention. Communication upon review was distinct and laid-out respectfully. Treatment was concluded inside the clinic in a professional way and I felt heard as an individual. Whilst undergoing treatment, I never once felt rushed into position. Each step was explained clearly and the procedure was carried out delicately and with great attention to detail.
Booked an appointment to see a dentist and I was speechless after I left , never have I ever been mistreated and spoken so rude in my life . I’ve arrived 5 mins early and I politely asked the receptionist if I can check my car as I saw ticket inspector as there’s no where to park , she rudely replied no , from there another lady from another room came and everyone was shouting at me and saying how I’m being rude for asking if I can check my car I felt so disrespected , after she done a 5 mins check up which was so awkward as there was no questions asked or anything I left they didn’t even say bye , never again honestly no wonder why they have 2.5* rating the staff is too rude !!!
