Would not recommend this surgery! I had several issues with my teeth and gums , to which they were really dismissive. Since going elsewhere I’ve discovered advice and explanations they gave me were nonsense. Definitely avoid
Attention people, I want to share my bad experience in this dentist's office. I had a 10 minute conversation with the lady and 1 photo of my sick tooth for which I was charged 80 pounds. Please be careful when you go, and to be honest the lady seemed to me not to be a great professional.
I had a real bad experience of being treated unfairly at the reception. The Dentist Mr Ahmed should have the decency of accepting that they have moved a patient ahead of me. Looks like the practice is run to please only the ones they know. If a person who not good in Language comes in, the treatment is really bad and disrespectful. Mr Ahmed has no customer service skills when it comes to solving an issue.
By all means avoid this surgery. Reception staff provides misleading information about the cost of exam and treatment, which will likely lead to you paying more than what has been advised. Management is not cooperative either. Unbelievable.
Very pleased with the service. Dr Marcheva has done a beautiful filing. She explained every step of the process and I felt relaxed knowing I’m in good hands. Will visit again when in need. Keep ip the good work!
Been twice in last couple months each time very happy with this practice all staff I have meet have been friendly and very helpful giving good advice etc. The dentist explains things and makes you feel very at ease
Another great visit to the practice. My previous dentist told me I would need Two crowns at a cost of £600. Kishan checked me out thoroughly and told me my teeth were perfectly okay, he carried out an intensive clean and x rays. £22.50 great service.
I am absolutly amazed at how proffesional and good dentist Marcheva was with my 5 year old. He disnt even feel when she took his tooth out. Apart from this great customer service at reception. I hobestly can not recomend enough this place. Thank you Dr Mariya Marcheva. We will surely come back
