I ‘ve been a patient for over 25 years and I always received excellent care . Staff are kind and polite and dentist is outstanding.
I came to the dentist to correct my name because it was wrong and gave the receptionist the new change of name. This was still misspelt and my daughter's name. The girl gave me an appointment card and told me to come at the appointment time. When I go there today I found her attitude rude when I told her our names were still wrong. She gave the forms to fill she did not want to let me fill it in and wanted me to stand up when there are seats. I had a bad knew and I have ADHD so I need to focus. The dentist was ready to call us and she is telling the dentist assistant I am still completing forms she was very agitated. I mentioned that she should have told me to come early. She claims she did and she never. I just told her you didn’t tell me to come on early. You rushing me to fill out forms and I have ADHD. She was annoyed I wasn’t standing up to complete it and there were seats. I have a dodgy knee. Then the dentist is waiting and she’s making me look uncivilised. I left I cannot accept this kind of treatment.
My experience with Dr. Mehran was absolutely wonderful. In addition to his expertise and skill, he patiently explains every step of the way, making the treatment stress-free. The office environment was clean and relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. I am completely satisfied with the results of the treatment and would recommend him to anyone with complete confidence.
I’ve recently registered at this dentist & they are superb! Neither myself or my son like dentist visits. We’ve both had to have treatment, which has all gone well & the dentist, dental nurses & reception staff are lovely! Cannot recommend enough if you’re local 5⭐️
To anyone who's reading, if you're a private patient and like to be extorted come here £85 check up alone, when I just wanted the air flow polishing done but they were insisting I need a check up first. DISGUSTED!!!!
Dr. Mazaheri has been my dentist for over 10 years and I have never had any problems during this time. Always kind, professional, and caring. He provides me with all available options, his professional opinion and advice, and helps me make an informed decision. I am very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.
After going to this dentist during covid time fillings that was done here fell out and replaced I went a few weeks ago with sensitivity in a previous repair and was told it was a cracked tooth to witch the only treatment was top band nhs treatment at £282 pound I said I couldnt afford that to witch the reply was that's my choice at my own risk being scaremongered into having treatment opted for a secon opinion and glad I did after looking my new dentist said I have no crack just a small cavity in the tooth next to it so I would have payed £282 for nothing very disappointed feeling I was being scammed knowing I was quite a nervous patient
Cant fault the works carried out at this practice but the dentist here Mr. Mehran Mazaheri today on my visit with my daughter was terrible he was rude towards my wife and belittled her. His tone was offensive and there was no need how he spoke to her, he made my daughter feel awkward and ashamed because she had a hole in her tooth following a filling that fell out.
He’s a very nice dentist but doesn’t finish his job properly
