   We can’t thank our mortgage advisor Craig enough for everything he has done for us. His wealth of experience was clear from the very start. He answered every question we had, gave genuinely brilliant advice, and made what could have been a stressful journey feel straightforward and well-managed. Getting our mortgage actually ended up being the easiest part, and that was entirely down to Craig’s outstanding service. He was always easy to contact, even on weekends, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. We also want to thank Diane, our case manager, who supported the process with friendly and organised communication. Her updates and coordination behind the scenes helped things run smoothly. Craig and Diane both communicated brilliantly with our solicitor, which took a lot of pressure off us and kept everything moving quickly and efficiently. Getting on the property ladder is a challenge for many young couples at the moment, so finally having somewhere we can call home means a lot to both of us. Craig’s guidance and support throughout the entire process made a massive difference. What stood out most was that Craig, along with Diane, continued supporting us even after our mortgage was approved, making sure we were informed and confident right through to completion.    We can't thank Andy enough for helping us to secure our first mortgage! As this was our first home, we didn't have a clue how anything worked, but Andy made the whole process super simple and explained everything in a way which we could understand.    I first used this company 5 years ago when buying my first home. As a first-time buyer I was completely overwhelmed but Martyn explained everything to me in detail and gave me all of the possible options available to me, I knew I was getting the best product that was right for me. When I made the decision so sell and buy a new home, I was a mum of a toddler working full time and struggled to find any spare time. Our situation was complex due to adverse credit and income coming from bonus/overtime etc and he has managed to secure us not one, but two mortgage offers - the second being during the mini-budget fallout when many lenders were withdrawing products.    I would like to thank Craig and his colleagues (particularly Diane) for all the help and advice they have given me in sorting out a Remortgage of my property. Mine was not a straightforward case and they willingly obtained quotations on a series of bases without question. Craig was even available at the weekends for consultation! Hopefully we are now near to completing the exercise, including the Transfer of Equity with which the lender’s appointed solicitors are helping.
