I was referred to the dental clinic for emergency treatment from NHS helpline when my old dentures broken and teeth fell off, therefore I need a new set of dentures. I was very nervous and worried until I met my dentist at Lowerfield, Dr Heeral and Dr Vishnu, they assessed my condition carefully, and tried best to help protect my teeth and tailored the suitable treatment plan on my interest. They are very caring and sympathetic, Each time I attended the appointment, doctor is gental, patient and kindly answer my queries. The reception team are also supportive. Thanks to you all. I have now got the dentures installed and need get used to new dentures.
Used to be a good dentist but has declined in all services in the last few years. The service to customers is now very poor. Both me and my wife having used this practice for years but now have both left due to falling standards. Its a shame that the owners have let this practice decline so much and become a shadow of what it used to be.
Poor service and rude receptionists. They can book and cancel appointments without your consent and blame you for the cancellations, claiming you'll no longer be on their list. How ridiculous!
Receptionists are great at reminders and all the dental staff are very patient with the kids (thank you). All the other high street dental surgeries were just too full...thankfully this little hidden gem had space for the whole family, highly recommended!
Very grateful to the amazing reception staff who helped me with emergency appointment having a tooth abscess. The two dentist's I saw were both incredibly kind and explained everything to me. Thank you for a fantastic service.
Lovely practice I have seen a number of dentists at this surgery and all are very thorough and take the time to explain treatments very well. Receptionist are very helpful and accommodating too.
All the staff are fantastic, reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Went there today after having an abscess, my usual dentist wasn't there. The gentleman I did see was fantastic, great advice, took the time to explain in detail everything that was needed. Really impressed.
Dr H Chouhan, was extremely kind and was able to fit my daughter in at short notice. She was a brave soldier and by the evening you wouldn't have known she had had two injections and 2 extractions. Excellent service. The dental receptionist was most helpful and caring too. Well done and a massive thank you!
Had a tooth out and developed dry socket. My own dentist wasn't open on Saturday so phoned here. They fitted me in at very short notice. I'm a nervous patient but all the staff were kind and caring and put me at my ease.
