    Worst Customer Service at Cater Choice Sheffield Visited the Sheffield branch while I was in the area. Before entering, I asked two different staff members if I could use my Birmingham account here — both said yes. I did my shopping, got to the till, and suddenly the guy on the till starts giving attitude, telling me I can’t buy without an account and bragging he’s “been here 7 years.” That’s got nothing to do with me. I even told him I’ve used my Birmingham account in Bradford Cater Choice with no issues. Only then he says, “You can do it as a cash order.” Next time, speak with some manners. The customer service here is shocking — learn basic respect and hygiene while you’re at it. I’m originally from Birmingham and the Birmingham branch is always spot on. Sheffield branch: 1/10.

    I’ve been coming here for a while, and the service has improved dramatically thanks to the area manager. He has completely turned the place around, and you can really see the difference in how smoothly everything runs. The staff are more attentive, the atmosphere is great, and the overall experience is just so much better. A special mention to Zaid as well—his customer service is outstanding! He always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect

    One of three main cash and Carry’s in Sheffield if you exclude the likes of Costco and Macro. This cash and carry sells really nice desserts at affordable prices. It has a good selection of frozen fries, chicken strips and burgers. It also sells soft drinks. It’s smaller by comparison to the other two but has a reasonable size car park. The shop layout and how you pay does take some getting used to.
