   Hygienist Had the worst hygienist I’ve ever had, came out so disappointed, my usual hygienist was on Maternity leave, wished I’d just cancelled, waste of money

   I've found this practice to be super unreliable, my last 5 appointments with them have been either met with extremely last minute reschedules (hours before) or last minute cancellations (a day before) with the last appointment cancelled by text without an attempt to call. All these appointments have been booked either 6 or 12 months in advance. EDIT: Owner has replied insinuating I'm not a client at the practice. I have updated this review with a screenshot of some texts from Dagenham Dental on their cancellations and reschedules. Numbers have been made hidden for privacy. I find this insinuation to be poor. To be clear, these are not all the texts, and at times, I was called instead

   There is hardly any parking at this place. I arrived early but couldn’t find a space. As a result, they cancelled my appointment and made me rebook, causing me to lose my £20 deposit and was told by the receptionist i had to redeposit. While I was at the clinic, another patient mentioned she had also arrived late but was still seen, which might explain why there was no parking available in the first place.

   What to say... Health and safety would shut this place down. Complete fire risk. Too many people waiting and patients bags get left on the stairs. Probably only interested in the money they make. Extracted a tooth but left half the root behind. Nothing ever gets sorted in one visit. Never gets done half hour of appointment time. but the have the cheek to moan when people are 10 mins late.

   Thank you to Dr Muhammad. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He shared a lot of information with me and made me understand my teeth better as well as some good recommendations. I hope he is there again in my next check up in 6 months time.

   Muhammad is amazing at what he does! Always makes sure you feel comfortable & is so thorough with his work. Elizabeth is also amazing! Can’t fault Dagenham dental at all. Brilliant place with brilliant staff.

   I think I was the subject of discrimination. I came to this dentist in March 2022. the receptionist gave me the first appointment only in September, telling me that they don't have any place available until September. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like that, even if they are a new patient. I waited until September thinking that I would be called that a place had become available, but in September they called me to reschedule because it was the queen's funeral. I was very disappointed. rude, do not recommend.

   I have been coming to this dental practice for 62 years and my wife for 52 and our children till they left home and moved away. We have always found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. The very few times in all those years we have had a problem with our teeth we have been seen as soon as possible and nothing has been too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.
