They are scammers. Took my details and have now desappeared with ID. They don't call back, never respond to emails and phones ring out.
These fraudsters have been emailing me a document to sign even with out even speaking to me . As soon as I emailed them that I would be contacting the ombudsman they cancelled the agreement. Stay clear of this company.
Absolute scammers please do not use them for any claim services, use Google and search how to make a claim against a lender for a free and easy route to get the money you deserve. Legal theft this is and I hope they all get fined and taught a lesson at some point in the future
Made a claim using this for wonga. I was offered a refund from wonga of £420. Ashley Howard have taken £403 of it leaving me with a claim of around £17 What a joke. Id understand if they took £100 but £400 really is shocking. Stay away from them
Heard nothing from them for months. Then they emailed saying that they had emailed, phoned etc and that I had ignored them. Asked them to send dates etc of any contact they had tried. Nothing, just an invoice to cancel my claim.
Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs. There are alternative Finance companies that offer the same services, that won't be so unbelievably rude and will actually get the job done.
Not worth the paper their name is printed on. Suopki3d them with half a dozen pay day lender companies spanning over 10 years and they couldn't close on one...this is suppose to be their speciality - east of time
