Having recently joined this practice on recommendation by a friend, it has lived up to its expectations from the very warm welcoming reception staff to a professional service with the dentist and nurse. I am a nervous patient but they put me at ease and explain things well. Would highly recommend this dentist.
How lovely to have such a friendly welcome from a smiling receptionist! My Hygenist appointment was on time and Awa was, as always, fabulous. Professional and takes care to explain what to do and is very gentle. Extremely impressed by her.
I am a very frightened of the dentist person from previous experiences mostly from childhood. I have had many recommendations for Tom, ignored them for a few years and didn’t go to any dentist. Then I plucked up the courage to make an appointment with Tom. I was shaking when I went in! I’ve just had my 4th appointment today and went in laughing. My nerves have almost gone and I fully trust the practice. All the staff are warm and kind. I feel safe and well looked after while I am there. I am very glad that I eventually listened to the recommendations. I am happy to say I recommend the New Ash Green dentist practice, Tom is gentle and professional while having a sense of tranquility in his treatment room, he does an excellent job too.
The hygienist and her assistant were both amazing with me. Everything is explained and they are so patient as I am a nervous patient! I cannot fault them and they make things so much easier. From the moment you walk through the door there you are always made to feel welcome and at ease. Even if you call up they are always friendly and helpful as well and it really helps. Would recommend!
I have been going to this practice ever since I was at school. It has always been very welcoming and professional and I have always felt safe and in good hands. Recently, I was able to get an emergency appointment the morning I phoned. I had to have an infected tooth extracted and was very nervous! Tom and his lovely dental nurse made me feel comfortable and supported the moment I arrived. Tom is such a gentle dentist that I didn’t feel anything at all! The tooth came out very easily and a few days later I am now feeling so much better. The following morning I also received a phone call from the dental nurse checking that I was ok, she went through any questions that I had and said that I could call them anytime I needed help. Highly recommend.
A very good dentist, Tom repaired a cracked tooth for me yesterday and he did an excellent job. The staff are all very professional and friendly, and the dentist is very clean. Highly recommended.

Great service, I needed to cancel my hygienist appointment but was desperate to get another one whilst visiting my mum. The ladies were amazing on reception keeping me informed of any cancellations and within 2 days I had an appointment on the day I was visiting my mum. Thank you for all your help.
Regular 6 month check up. Very happy with my dentist. He is always very professional and thorough at the same time easy to talk to while putting you at ease.
Very helpful, as ever. I needed an emergency appointment in both October and December, 2022. I telephoned the first time and emailed the second (since this was 28th December and I wasn’t sure if anyone would be there). On both occasions I received prompt attention from reception and dentist. I’ve been registered with this practice for approximately 12 years now and they’ve never let me down. I have an ongoing issue which requires hospital attention and my dentist has been most helpful in referring me and trying to maintain care until such time as I am seen. I’d certainly recommend this dental practice. The entire team are excellent.
