Used to be a lovely store when owned by Jay, now awful store rude,arrogant owner i was illegally charged for using my debit card on a purchase when I informed the store of the law and it was illegal to charge me for using my card owner threw 1.00 coin that I had been charged at me and barred me from store
Wonderful shop - has a bit of everything you need. Always nice to stop by and chat to Nithiya behind the counter!
Used to be a lovely shop after recently being taken over but my god the service recently is disgusting the lady behind the counter needs to realise her customers provide her profit and start treating them with respect totally rude unprofessional I for one will avoid in future now and go elsewhere!
Lovely owner, friendly, helpful and always happy to help and there's a lot more products with the new owner it's a fantastic place
Utterly abysmal service. Extremely rude, unhelpful and belligerent staff that made me feel both unwelcome and a nuisance. As if they don't want your business, makes no sense! I guess everyone has their off-days, but I know I won't be going back to this Costcutters.
This shop is nice as it has parking outside but there are steps
