   3rd time using James for my mortgage and i cant rate him, and his team, high enough! He finds us the best deal and takes time to explain it all. He takes the pain and the pressure out of applying for a mortgage…..as a team with Debbi , they’re very thorough at the paperwork stage thus ensuring you have a pain free experience when the application goes in. And they’re very quick to sort the whole process and very adaptable when a property falls through like ours did - the mortgage was amended in no time. 5 stars - keep up the good work!

   James has been brilliant throughout us buying our first property. We weren’t the most confident as first time buyers and all throughout James has helped us no matter what we needed. He searched the whole market, gave us pros/cons to all the different options on the market and offered support finding a solicitor for us to use and for home/life insurance. When we thought we may need an extension with our lender as the top of our chain was slowing, James contacted them right away and could advise an extension would be possible if we needed it. We didn’t have to speak to our lender for anything as James sorted it all which took any added stress off us. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much James/team and for the thoughtful card you sent to us too!
