Good selection of everyday essentials. Although it's not the size of a large supermarket it has a good selection of items to buy
Just been in to the co-op and the tall young guy at till chewing chewing gum cocky attitude. Asked if he could bag my shopping for me an he said il give you bag you do it. I said be helpful if you can. As ive a shoulder injury. He still didnt and practically throwing my stuff down no exageration. When i placed money down he threw my change oncounter. Im absolutely disgusted with how i was treated. Its bad enough in Haworth Co-op Slow service absolute caos. Unhelpful staff. Il be taking things further
The car park is terrible, the entrance which is also the exit causes numerous problems as the space is very limited
Chaos at the self service checkouts. Baskets everywhere, nearly every scan needed and attendant and then the card payment didn't work.
I've tried that online shop three times now. Shoulda stopped after the first, but I really wanted that coop to be better. Every order's never arrived, and chasing them up is useless. That manager needs to get her act together; someone needs to pick and deliver orders when they come in. Not leaving customers chasing refunds – terrible customer service! That store's ruining the coop's reputation.
The staff are phenomenal. I bought a bottle of water for four fifty. Despite the high price of the water, I must say that my experience at this coop was truly inspirational. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the products I were lookin for. The store itself was well organized and had a great selection of organic and locally sourced products. I appreciated the emphasis on sustainability and reducing waste, as well as the variety of vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, macrobiotic, and pescatarian options available. What really stood out to me is the community oriented atmosphere of the coop. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their customers and the environment. They were actively engaged in supporting local charities and initiatives, and there was a noticeable sense of camaraderie among the shoppers. Their positive attitude and tireless work ethic were truly admirable, and it was clear that they took great pride in their work. Despite the difficult circumstances, they managed to maintain a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Furthermore, I couldn't help but appreciate the rustic charm that the muddy floors added to the overall ambiance of the store. It gave the space a cozy and inviting feel, reminding me of the simple pleasures of rural living and the beauty of nature. In a way, the muddy floors were a reminder that sometimes the best things in life can be messy and imperfect. They were a testament to the hard work and dedication of the staff, as well as a reminder to slow down and enjoy the simple things. Overall, I would highly recommend this coop to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience that aligns with your values. While the water was expensive, the exceptional service and commitment to sustainability more than made up for it.

Nice shop right in the heart of the Brontë land … can get busy at times obviously as it’s based in a tourist location. Nice friendly staff and well stocked shop….
A recent addition and fairly central. The Co-op supermarket is never cheap so don't expect bargains, but in the evenings they knock out some food cheaply. It's clean and a decent size, although the car park is small and getting in and out can be hazardous at times.
Stood at self checkouts to be approved for a can of redbull for 5 minutes. I then put the money on the till and asked the lady at the front of the queue of 5 people to tell the staff when they finally turn up that it's from me. No wonder why shoplifters find it so easy
