   The service here is excellent. We have only used them for check ups and fillings, but my son is having braces fitted soon, and they're already all over making sure he has the right treatment to make sure his teeth are as good as they can be, before they're fitted. The building has had a major facelift internally, and is bright and welcoming, and the staff are all really friendly. It's definitely an improvement over dentists I've had in the last, thank you.

   The whole process from booking to completing the appointment was so smooth. There was reminder calls and call to let me know that cancellation has occurred and I can attend earlier. Receptionists were so welcoming and warm and again made us feel welcome. Dentist really took his time with my daughter and my appointment was also very thorough. Explanation and future plan discussed in manner that was easy to understand. Been attending this practice for more than 15 years and cannot see my self going anywhere else.

   The dentist and dental assistant were very nice. I had a filling replaced due to decay under the filling. I think they really care for their patients. The reception staff are nice. I like that they phone the day before the appointment to remind you about it.

   Was really nervous about visiting the dentist as I was in such pain. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were really welcoming & put me at ease whilst I was waiting to see Dr Prem. He explained what treatment was needed & I can honestly say I didn’t feel anything.
