Olivia has been amazing at supporting my daughter back into regular dental visits. She has been able to achieve the right balance of providing information whilst not overwhelming her.
New patient. I was extremely nervous as I have multiple problems. Dr Sami was excellent, very thorough, and took his time. I felt like I was listened too and he understood my needs. Will review more as my journey continues. 30th Oct 2025 1st Phase; Hygiene cleaning 5th Nov 2025 with Marilyn. What a lovely lady. I was and am seriously impressed with the hygiene clean, and for the first time ever, I had it done without numbing! I have taken on board all advise given. Second appt; 11 th Nov 2025 with Dr Sami. A quick check on my gum health. And go over the preposed plan. 2nd Dec 2025, My 3rd appt with Dr Sami. I had my 3rd appt with Dr Sami. Digital scanning, composite restorations and a look at how my new teeth may look. A very impressive design, and the composites looks very good. I am trusting Dr Sami 100 % to help me smile again. I am a difficult case. But so far so good. So my journey will continue with Smile Dartford Dentist.
I’m a dental student who had the privilege of shadowing here twice! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Dr. Bissasu and the amazing team — Klarissa, Lorraine, and Ayo. It’s simple: I came here to learn how to do good dentistry, but I came back because I saw what great dentistry looks like. The way Dr. Bissasu treats his patients — with care, compassion, and trust — is something I’ll always remember. I watched how he managed complex and stressful cases with calmness and a sense of humour. I’ll never forget when an emergency patient called in pain — he looked at his already full diary and still said “yes.” Another moment that stood out was seeing a patient who had travelled two hours for treatment come in with pain and leave with a huge smile — albeit with numb lips :) Thank you, Dr. Bissasu, for inspiring me, encouraging me, and showing me what great dentistry truly looks like. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Dr Sami Bissassu enough. I’m someone who’s genuinely scared of going to the dentist, but he made me feel completely at ease. He’s incredibly professional, gentle, reassuring, and patient. He takes the time to explain everything and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I have been coming here for many years. I am a very anxious dental patient but the welcoming and calm feel of all staff have always helped me. So not only do I feel comfortable enough to go, my teeth are very well looked after too. A special thanks to Lorraine and Olivia who always go above and beyond to make you feel looked after.
Just amazing. I am not registered with this dentist but this was the nearest location I was provided for an emergency appointment and I am glad I was recommended here. Firstly I was able to be seen within 24 hours which I think is pretty fast. Secondly they made me feel extremely comfortable and explained to me everything that they can and are willing to do. Unfortunately I did need a tooth extraction which they carried out brilliantly. Lastly I want to thank the staff and team that carried out the work they did in my time of need and is now pain free. I have been a patient at this practice since I was 9/10. I am now 44 and still a patient. I have good teeth so it's never really a problem for my check up. Reception, nurse and Dr logue have always been amazing. I had an impacted wisdom tooth which played up a few times a year, everytime I called I was given an emergency appointment I am always seen but maybe late I accept that. I was there for a check up once and unfortunately the team were running late, when the nurse called me and apologised she said sometimes when a patient comes in we know nothing of the patients problems and if we can help straight away we do, we would do it for any and all our patients. I hadn't thought about it like that before. Well done all. Best practice for miles

Dr Logie has been my dentist for the last 15 years. I've moved out of area yet I definitely wanted to remain at Smile. Dr Logie really does care about her patients, she's attentive, professional and her dentistry is excellent. My teeth have never been so healthy and it's wonderful to smile with confidence in the knowledge that my teeth are very well cared for by my dentist. If you're looking for a dentist that truly cares about great customer care I would strongly recommend Dr Logie. The dentist also has great dental hygienists.
