The worst dental practice I have ever been to; the staff is unhelpful and very rude. Would not recommend to the worst enemy.
The dentists here are lovely and professional. Front desk/receptionist in an incredibly rude and dismissive lady. This is both over the phone and in person. Honestly, it feels like she goes out of her way to be unpleasant for no reason.
Never answer calls or responds to voice mails. It was not bad 2 years ago. Since the receptionist changed the service went downhill. My husband complained last time he went in there and the woman was least bothered.
I always had good experiences here in UK with health places but this specific place is the worst I have been. They scheduled me and my son for the same day. He is a toddler and he was completely fine with the previous dentist but this time (probably he felt the bad energy of the dentist lady and her assistant) and he was very unsettle. Both they been very disrespectful doing some comments if he is always like this and saying that he is very attached to me which both things are not their business. And her check I can do myself in home. Completely unprofessional both ladies. The receptionist I do not have any complains she was lovely. But please if you want a real dentist do not attend to this place. HORRIBLE AND WITHOUT EDUCATION!
I can not recommend this practice enough! My dentist Linda is wonderful. I have never felt in safer hands and always receive the treatments I need at the time. She is knowledgeable and kind. I have complete faith in her and my teeth and gums are in the best condition because of her. Thank you Linda.
Very accomodating staff. Been using this dentistry for 4 years and very excellent service. I had an appointment and had no where to leave my new born but the dentist was very accommodating and made me and my baby feel relaxed during my appointment. The reminders are also excellent for a busy working parent. 100% recommend
Absolutely appalling service, The worst dentist I have ever seen. Do not waste your time by booking an appointment. Rude, uninterested and not caring. DO NOT USE - find another dentist there are loads around the area that actually care about the patients. I hope this surgery closes because patients deserve better than what is being offered. I will never return
Excellent service...friendly, professional receptionist and dentists. Was always very reluctant to go to denist but since going there i become a regular and lost my fear as dentist very gentle.
I visited Inspire Dental about 6 months ago for a check up and they are excellent. All staff was lovely and professional.
