   Excellent service throughout our first house purchase. We had a complex case for the mortgage given mine and my partner's self-employment / small ltd company positions and then buying during various lockdowns and house sellers that just kept changing their minds on leaving the house. Lucy did an amazing job of keeping us updated and helping with every step in the process, going above and beyond to keep us on track to complete on the house against the odds and Glyn getting us a mortgage deal in the first place. We couldn't have done it without them, and I can't imagine we would have found any other company that would have got us there. Highly recommended.

   We used Entire FS for our first mortgage and will be 100% using their services again in the future. The staff are super helpful and always have your best interests at heart. Gemma managed to find us a cheaper mortgage rate from a top rated lender, explained the whole process in detail and what we'd be getting etc. The package was much better than anything we could find ourselves. Craig was super helpful in explaining our insurances and everything that goes along with that, again finding us deals better than what we could find else where. Finally Melissa... without Melissa I don't think we would have got our deal over the line, due to slow solicitors. Melissa went above and beyond (in my opinion) of what her job role should be, constantly chasing solicitiors for updates and moving things along, a true asset to Entire FS. Overall our experience with Entire FS was second to none and I will be recommending them to everyone and anyone going forward. The value they bring for the fees is a no brainer and saved us much more than we expected. Well done to the wider Entire FS team.

   We have previously used Entire FS for a re-mortgage then more recently for a house move and our experience has always been amazing. Our recent move was quite complicated and I can honestly say that Vicky and Lucy were both the very best people out of everybody/company involved. Quite often Vicky was there to guide us through details and offer helpful advice. She really took so much care and interest in our move and made us feel very secure when we needed the added support! They both checked in with us after as well to make sure everything was fine and even sent a card. It feels so much more then a typical business as they do genuinely care about you. We could not recommend them highly enough, thank you!
