   Contacted this company, today spoke to a Daniel. Amazing guy I just wanted some general advice on the car finance claim pcp etc .he guided me through the jargon ,explained very clearly ,this man has quite positively saved me alot of money ,free advice ,he is without doubt a great asset to that business or any other future business.    Customer service could be a bit better. Maybe they gave 1 person there who's rude, they were great finding g me my vehicle and Sophie was fantastic with a the help at the start of my agreement. I called up last week to ask about settlement figures etc. I was a little surprised how high it was, then came the sarcastic response of how jm stupid for not understanding how finance works, I certainly do, I was under the impression my contract was 48 months it's actually 54, OK no problem, just a hit mire than I was expecting to pay for a high milage van. He was so rude on the phone. Hes lucky I don't live near by as I'd be paying him a visit. No need to speak to customers like that when they are just asking for advise

   I wish it was paperless as I had no car as it broke down. I had to walk to get the paperwork printed. The staff were lovely though. Was also told I’ll get a call a few days after the sale and it never happened. was also told they would check some things with the company and call me back. Again never heard from them again
