   Incompetent service at the tills and unprofessional management. Issues with pricing that could be easily solved dragged out, leaving ques of customers with no apology or moving to another till. Just left to rejoin another Que after already waiting. Lack of communication to customers and lack of service focus. it was a shambles. Wednesday 10:45-50 10th December.

   I was introduced to the Archer Road store by my grandchildren and neighbours. Apart from the obvious bargains, staff are polite and helpful, making shopping there a pleasant experience. I was delighted to hear from Yvonne, on the till, that it’s a happy place to work, and she has felt supported through a difficult time in her life. I spoke to Chloe, the manager, to tell her how well the shop is run and she obviously takes pride in her work.

   Great store. Staff need more training to be helpful though. If you ask them for an item they don't know about you get told it could be down 3 aisles. But no checking stock list or any additional help

   Ooh it's a big store this one. Loads of different products at a decent price and varying qualities (branded stuff is the better quality). Staff are ok but be careful of the times in the car park. You only get hour and a half which is easy to exceed when you go with the wife.
