Was very relieved to find out a new dentist had taken over, never liked the last guy but put up with his dismissive attitude because he did a reasonable job but unpleasant to deal with. Lovely lady now. thank goodness!!

absolutely disgusting practice, the owner has extreme attitude problems, doesn’t no how to run a practice. I waited for so long, nobody saw to me, the only employee that showed any decorum was the receptionist. Considering they are a dental “doctor” their nurses sure know a lot more than them. Id be happy to teach her a lesson on compassion For a dental hygiene practice, there isn't a lot of hygiene bring practiced. Absolutely traumatised from my visit.
Very good dentist fitted me in to remove a very painful tooth as we were going away. Saw the new hygienist Tom today. He's very thorough and explained everything fully and gave good advice. Impressed.
Receptionist is very rude. Makes the whole process nerve racking. Change dental practises due to how hostile the receptionist is. Spoke to a gentleman one time and he was extremely nice but back to the moody receptionist
Have been to this practice for around 10 years and I have always had good work done he is very caring towards his patients and always treats you well so my opinion is this dentist practice is one to go to.
Could not rate higher, called to register as just moved to the area, and was told they are not taking on any new patients :-(
The worst customer service. Didn't get answers in to general questions. Receptionist shouted at me and hang up. Try to call back no one answers for a 10 min. Very disappointing with Receptionist behaviour at work.
Excellent dentist, been coming here for years. Friendly staff. Only downside is no disabled access.
