   I have been going to this practice for 62 years and have always been very pleased with the professionalism and care of the dentists I have seen. Ronnie is now my dentist and is an incredibly professional and competent dentist but more than that a genuine and kind man. Thank you Ronnie However one of the receptionists is a very rude woman - had me in tears with her unkind and very unprofessional behaviour

   I have been going to this dental surgery since 2012. I have seen Ronnie every time. I would like to say how amazing Ronnie has been over the years. He really is a genuinely kind man. His energy is very calming, and I can tell you that he will always do his very best to save a tooth. He has always made time for me when I need him, and has kept a close eye on me when I've had problems. If he sees an issue he will book you back in 2-3 weeks just to keep check on things. You really couldn't ask for more. These guys are massively swamped with patients, but you never feel that stress with Ronnie. He's a really good guy, I have huge respect for him.

Today a lady that works there, her name was Marie, she was the most helpful and polite lady and really went out of her way to assist me. Thanks so much, it is refreshing to deal with someone as nice as her. all these 5 stars are for you Marie

   Just had my first appointment with dr. Jacqui Prasser. She is absolutely lovely! Explained everything she was doing and how the x-ray would help. Even answered some questions I had in end. Amazing professional and such a positive energy! The women at the reception were really nice and friendly too. Very good experience.

   I have used this Dental Practice for many years now and have had 3 different dentists during this time. All have been highly professional and courteous. The way it has handled the COVID crisis and remained open during most of that period has been of great credit to the surgery and patients alike. The only downside has been the reception area. It takes considerable time to get through to book an appointment by telephone. Also, when talking to the receptionists by phone or face to face, their manner is somewhat surly and abrupt. This has been the case for some years now and is an area I feel needs to be addressed and looked into by the partners of this practice.

   I first attended this Practice a few years ago now, it was recommended to me after I suffered an appalling experience with a local one in Brentwood. The staff here from the receptionists to the Dentists themselves are friendly and helpful. Ronnie and his Partner are very kind, empathetic men and I saw Ronnie's Partner today, as Ronnie is on holiday and I had broken a molar at the weekend. I went to the Surgery as I was hoping to get a quick appointment for sometime this week and Ronnie's Partner offered to see me then and there as someone had failed to keep their appointment, so I took their place. My tooth was fixed with no pain and no anaesthesia whatsoever. I have had a fear of dentists since childhood but attending this Surgery has completely healed me of the way I used to feel and I am so grateful. The Dentists are both sympathetic, understanding and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. this Practice. Thank you to all concerned.

   The staff on reception are rude. I have had this issue a few times now. The dentist himself is fine. Doesnt cost anything to be polite.

   Have been using this practice for more years than I care to mention, with the same Dental Surgeon. I regard myself very lucky to have such a decent and skilled dentist. I have 100% confidence in ability to deliver a safe and excellent outcome under current Covid-19 restrictions.

   Less than one star worst dentist EVER don't bother had two painful teeth hospital for one waited ages found out no referral had been sent by lady dentist according to hospital so after waiting ages rang found out hospital had cancelled appointment. She would not fill other tooth said filling would only fall out. had to find different dentist to fill it as was painful. Only interested in Private. Son also went as new patient different dentist also did NOTHING so my son had to find a dentist that would. Shocking !!!
