Everyone at this branch was incredibly polite and always happy to help. Moving is stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Sandra did everything she could to keep me informed throughout. We dealt with Lovett's as a buyer. Their communication was excellent throughout. There were complications and these were dealt with efficiently and professionally whilst also being friendly. Sold my house with Lovetts Burntwood. I was very happy with Lovetts. When I took my house off the market - twice - because I couldn't find anywhere I liked enough to offer on, there was no feeling of being rushed into doing anything. I felt fully in control throughout the process - I didn't want a sale board, I wanted to use my own photographs and wanted to do my own viewings.
