    1 star is one too many for this utter shambles of a company. They will leave you in the lurch at the drop of a hat and avoid your phone calls when you need answers about their service that they apparently “provide” you. When you call them, you will have the response of “oh, Paul is in a meeting” and you won’t hear from them again. A business that is supposed to provide you a service, yet, you have to chase them up? My Father who recently passed away 7 months ago used this company for over 20 years and they will show you no loyalty whatsoever when you need the help that they apparently provide. I can’t stress enough how much of a farce this company is. Avoid at all costs.

    Although I dealt with a sister company to Regency, it's all the same people. Where to start? It took several weeks of paperwork, assurances that everything was OK, only to need more paperwork... When they did eventually set the facility up, I had to cancel it - on the basis that my customers were actually paying faster than Regency could process the paperwork for it. Steer clear. Thanks to them I now have a record on 'charges' on Companies House database. Terrible company. 1 star is 1 too many. EDIT: I see Regency did reply to my comment. Thanks. That's a bonus. No, you won't find a 'Derek Stuart' on your database. Stuart is my middle name, changed for privacy reasons. I stand by my comments, however. That you cannot recognise the above complaint suggests to me that you were wrong to tell me this is the first time a situation like this has ever occurred and you should be given another chance.

    Absolutely disagree with the negative comments on here, in fact we found Regency the exact opposite. We have been with Regency for two and a half years and during our recent negotiations with HMRC, Regency were supportive, offered guidance and never once put pressure on us. Their systems are simple to use and their Credit Control is second to none (it is your money they are seeking from your customers and our average remit time is now less than 27 days !!). Daily communication and honesty between a client and their fund provider is key. We have never had a request for funds rejected and always on time no later than 3pm. Of course Regency occasionally look at invoices that are uploaded which are to be funded, it is called due diligence - if the invoice is authentic well there will be no issue - if not ? then the issue is yours ! Would I recommend Regency Factors as a partner ? Absolutely Yes 100% Security Company Northwest Region U.K.

    I was with Regency for over 9 years, they were very difficult to work with for the first few months, checking everything, but that settled down, I got on well with all their staff then they decided they did not like the terms I was operating on, so rather sit and chat they put pressure on me Then same day payments became the next day, then the charge for a CHAPS payment remained but I found out that they in fact sent the next day payment by electronic payment which is free but we were still charged £40.00 for chaps. Not a bad business £40.00 times say 2 times a week then multiply that by the number of accounts they have. Then I was offered better and cheaper terms elsewhere so I moved away, even then they were awkward. and played everything by the book after 3 months passed any clients funds were held by Regency until the client wrote and requested the same. Would I recommend them 'No' never, There are many companies out their,check out each one and then decide who you use but from my experience I would never use them again and advise anyone thinking of the same to think long and hard before choosing Regency Factors
