   Dr Khushbu Patel is simply wonderful. We recently had an unfortunate accident with our 22-month-old daughter that required a baby tooth extraction. Dr Patel handled the situation with such calmness and gentleness that we immediately felt reassured everything would be okay, although it's been truly heartbreaking. She is extremely professional, highly skilled, and, most importantly, exceptionally gentle with very young children. We have also brought our three-year-old son for an oral examination, fully expecting tears and resistance. Instead, thanks to Dr Patel’s kind and child-centred way of communicating (and understanding what he likes, such as dinosaurs etc.), he sat calmly throughout the entire session. I believe nobody achieved this before - including childcare professionals... I could go on praising her, but above all, I am truly grateful to have found her. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my children’s dental health is in such capable and caring hands. The play area and the beautiful interior are definitely a bonus, but they are secondary compared to the doctor’s expertise and the way she treats our little ones. Thanks a lot!

   I had a wonderful experience at Happy Kids Dental Chelsea with Dr. Dania and her nurse Thea. Dr. Dania was extremely professional, calm, and reassuring. She made an accurate diagnosis for my son and performed a surgical procedure under general anaesthetic with great care. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent facilities such as a sensory room, which is truly exceptional. A big thank-you to Sara, who helped me with all the information before and after the surgery. She was so helpful, always quick to reply, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My son felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. I would definitely recommend Happy Kids Dental Chelsea to any parent looking for a peaceful and professional dental experience for their child.

   My daughter has been with Happy Kids since she was 3 years old and now she is 9. Today is the first time I bring my hearing support dogs together with me to come to the clinic. BUT，I received a“No” from the receptionist. After I declared that IT IS ILLEGAL if they refuse service dogs to come into the clinic，the receptionist talked to their manager. However，the manager still say that they did not say yes or no to this，but she will check because here is a clinic. What I just want to state is Under the Equality Act (2010) guide dogs, hearing dogs, PAT dogs and assistance dog owners have the same rights to services as everyone else. This includes healthcare premises. Hearing, guide, PAT or assistance dogs should be allowed access to clinical areas when they are working. I am with my disable card even along with my service dog certificates. Still got an unsure result about the service dogs. TERRIBLE！

   I love this place and so does my 7 year old daughter. The waiting room isn’t boring with lots of entertainment for the kids while we wait. She loved that she got to watch her fave show on YouTube while waiting. The Dentists are super professional and are clearly experienced at dealing with kids. We went in as an emergency as my daughter had swollen and very painful gums. My daughter gets anxious easily and has very low pain tolerance, but the team handled her with care and empathy and made her feel comfortable in about 2mins flat! Such a high level of service. I don’t think I could go anywhere else now. It’s worth the money paid.
