   The 3mc team have been exceptional! Very thankful to have had such great customer service from Jason and Alex who have been friendly and kind, informative and tried to help in any way that they possibly could. Most importantly during a particularly stressful time they were patient and understood things from the client's perspective - which is worth its weight in gold. Jason ensured that things were done up front, certain exceptions were needed and I don't have the easiest of employment contracts to negotiate before the mortgage application went in.    Leigh and the team (George and Louise) have done a fantastic job in arranging a mortgage for our BTL company. There were a number of false starts, and properties that fell through but 3MC were able to work round this. When the recent financial blip hit and mortgage rates went up, Leigh was able to negotiate with the mortgage company and get the expired mortgage offer extended meaning that the purchase was financially viable once again and effectively saved the business. Great communication throughout. Thank you again and would definitely work with 3MC again.
