Been living here for over 3 years , and for the first time I’ve lost my keys while being out, panicking, and my husband was in the phone with Van dijk, he couldn’t Find the keys but eventually he came and let us in to our apartment,such a charismatic person with a great smile , couldn’t be more grateful for the concierge here
King Edward’s Wharf is one of most beautiful development of Birmingham with development spanning across the canal.
Never ending construction side. Always noisy. Disrespectful to the people living here
Great canal walk , dampened by the constant graffiti.

Great canal side place to walk through, large wide paths, bridges across and easy access to the residential areas as well as the surrounding pubs, catches the sun in the summer which makes it a great way to wander around in the city.
Nicely appointed big apartments. Be mindful of the service charges though.
