I had a wonderful experience viewing this house! The property was clean ,well - presented and even more spacious than I expected. The layout felt practical and inviting with plenty of natural light throughout. With little maintenance work, the place would be perfect. The agent was friendly ,knowledgeable and took The time to answer all my questions. Overall it left a very possitive impression.

Fantastic time working with the Martin&Co team, this is my third time letting out one of my properties and i can always trust yourselves- especially with Miss Zainab. We have been renting with Martin&Co for two years now. They are very professional, responsive and efficient. We recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Birmingham. More recently, we have been working closely with Mr Nathan who has been absolutely brilliant!
Very bad for tenants. Many issues were raised for over a month but no solution. Some issues are affecting health like radiators not working and it has been a month and that too in December and January where it’s so cold but no solution yet. E mailed many times but no one is even bothered to reply. Good in terms of chasing you for monthly rent but very bad in terms of providing even basic level services. Very disappointed and Will not recommend.
I have used this estate agent twice for property sales - both times there were some problems along the way (nothing to do with Martin and Co) but both times their professional advice and support did a great deal to move the process along. They always respond to emails and calls - which many firms do not - so I knew where I was, and they did their best to help chase up a much less responsive solicitor. In a time of free or cheap online-only firms, I still believe that paying for a proper estate agent you can actually talk to and meet in person is a wise investment.
Nathan (who showed me around a prospective rental) was very professional in his demeanour. He was courteous and comprehensive in showing me the property, but allowed me to view it in my own time and kindly left me to look around alone. He also appeared to liaise sensitively with the current tenant, who was present (and who also gave off a positive impression of Martin & Co.). Calling the agency was a similarly positive and professional experience.
Muhammed was helpful when viewing the property and helped answered any questions we had. We left with a decision made without feeling unsure and having to think about anything. Great job considering using other agents we had not experienced the same level of service. Would definitely recommend using Martin & Co, thanks to Muhammed also.
