   I do not recommend this place at all. When I was living there, the conditions were terrible and unsafe. The roof was leaking badly, and during rain the water was coming down everywhere, including from the ceiling and through the windows. The flooding was very serious and made the apartment extremely cold and uncomfortable. The windows were leaking, the roof was not properly maintained, and the overall condition of the place was very poor. This was a very bad living experience, and the landlord/management did not take proper responsibility for fixing these serious issues.

   Absolutely unacceptable experience. Despite being a paying guest, I received a parking ticket due to the hotel’s complete failure to provide clear parking information. There was no front desk staff available, no one to ask for help, and no adequate signage explaining the parking rules. Guests should not be punished for the hotel’s poor organization and lack of basic customer service. Getting a ticket while staying at the hotel is beyond frustrating and shows total disregard for guest experience. This issue could have been easily avoided with minimal effort from management. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here unless they want to risk fines due to the hotel’s incompetence.

   This has to be the worst AirBnB I have ever been to!! They require you to download some shady app to access the room, which they don't inform you about before booking. You get told afterwards, and if you don't have the knowledge to install it or do not own a smartphone you won't be able to access your room. They also tried to request my personal information and ID outside the AirBnB messaging platform. The place is nothing like the images, it is unhygienic and decrepit, stains everywhere, dusty, unclean and unsafe. There were bed bugs and flies, no lock on the front door and the furniture was falling apart. When I first arrived, I thought I had come to the wrong place as the appearance from outside seemed like something out of a dystopian apocalypse horror movie. We thought things would get better inside, however, inside was even worse. There were wild screams and loud noises like from a horror movie, this was a traumatic experience for me, I wish I was exaggerating. We immediately left and requested a refund and after providing evidence, AirBnB was able to cancel the booking and give us a full refund. We felt itchy even after leaving the place, luckily a shower at local Holiday Inn sorted it.

   We staying at the apartments for 3 nights as a big family and it was amazing . The apartments are so beautiful and very spacious, all the facilities are very good , the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is gorgeous with big mirrors inside . Getting there is easy and going around the area is also very simple . Good communication with the host . Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Thank you Azadeh she shorted my key issue so quick thank you for hosting our big family we were quite noisy but had no complaints at all and we definitely appreciated that as kids are no easy to control sometimes. And the entrance is so gorgeous easy to get through the apartments thanks .

   Azadeh she was really nice person and lovely. I joyed my stay for 4 days and it was amazing place loved the apartment I got was nice, simple , clean, quiet place and I would highly recommend this hawthorns apartments to anyone that want to go stability and a quiet space. This is the perfect place to book for your next trip if you go into Birmingham.
