After originally contacting my bank for a Mortgage in Principle, I was recommended to speak to Ross and he compared options with other lenders and was able to get a better deal on a lower interest rate than what my bank was offering. After receiving such a great service everytime I have dealt with PFS I wouldn't go anywhere else.
