   Absolutely spectacular. Sandra from payroll goes above and beyond, she is awesome. Luke is always on the phone when i need him (which unfortunately for Luke is quite a lot). Their knowledge on tax structures is better than any other firm i spoke to. Honestly, you don't often find an accountancy firm where their staff are happy to be there, they have a great culture, and an honest, competent approach and I'm glad I found them.

   A few years ago I decided to make the change to In Accountancy I had a terrible accountant but just kept putting it off. The team at InAccountancy made the transition an easy one. It was the right decision. I find the whole process of year end very daunting and struggling reading accounts. Paul and Theo are so patient they go through everything step by step so I understand. Kathryn looks after our tax along with Olivia and they are both amazing. The team at InAccountancy feels like an extension of our team always there to help and support. Also dont miss Sarahs posts on Social Media and Linked in every day is a School day as they say.

   I have been really impressed with IN Accountancy. My initial meeting was with Paul Smith who took time to understand my situation and requirements. Paul then put together a detailed proposal where he had taken into account everything that we had discussed. Since that I have mainly dealt with Matthew Palmer for the monthly accounts who has been professional and also patient when I have been slow returning documents. thank you for all the help

   I have found the staff and service they offer to be excellent. Olivia has endless patience with me dealing with the many queries I ask of her. The return on documentation is swift and efficient with clear guidance and helpful tips. I am very impressed with the way that the Olivia sorted out my finance records, when I couldn't reconcile them. She guided me to a more efficient and time-saving method of ensuring my accounts were always in order. Help from Paul has been invaluable too, bringing his experience and knowledge. I find them both very easy to talk to about and of my accounting issues. I would highly recommend IN Accountancy for anyone wishing to find a very good accountant.
