It's hard to tell if Centrick is truly incompetent or just straight up negligent. Their failure to procure a new energy supplier knowing the former contract was expiring has meant residents have received no water or electricity bills in months, with no option to seek suppliers themselves. Many of us are anticipating a huge bill if and when Centrick finally resolve this. The elevators are frequently broken, often for weeks at a time. Many of the windows throughout the building are covered in mould. Security is inadequate so parcels left in the mail room are often stolen or ripped open and looted. The shared bin area is often ransacked and left in a filthy state. It's a shame such a lovely location is wasted on them.

I have been living in this building for less than three months, and the amount of inspections and disruptions has been overwhelming. In this short time, there have already been multiple inspections: fire safety checks, electricity inspections, and additional inspections requested by the renting agency. Now, because Centrick is apparently changing electricity and water suppliers, they have decided to carry out meter readings with less than 24 hours' notice. The management is extremely poor, and the constant demands for access to the property create a stressful living situation. In just under three months, I have experienced three separate inspections, and now the property manager, Miss Roisin, sends an email at 11:30 PM announcing she will be on-site the next day to take meter readings from an unspecified number of flats — without even clarifying whether or not my flat will be included, despite my having already provided the requested information. 1 of the 2 elevators has been more off than on since I arrived, constantly shut down for maintenece purposes, I'm assuming. So instead of being so worried about being inside of your property, Centrick should be more worried about making both elevators useful for such a high volume of people building. On top of that, the cleaning ladies have already warned me that packages are promply stolen if not collected on the day and that Centrick will not help you with the surveilance camaras (either not working or only if Police gets involved). So, anytime I need to have a package delivered I have to make sure that I'm on site to be able to collect my parcel within the first few hours. Renting here has been nothing but a headache, and I strongly advise others to double check your renting options. Management and renting agencies will find endless excuses to enter your home and disrupt your peace. I feel like my privacy is being violated over and over again.

AVOID. centrick are utterly useless unless it's in regards to taking money. Severe black mould in both windows - was advised to leave windows open through winter. Difficult to heat and electricity is super expensive. Finish to the flats and entire building very cheap and does not reflect rent or buying price. Security within building is near to noneas doors are always propped open or broken, parcels are regularly stolen from the pigeon hole area. Avoid at all costs.

Poor accomodation, poor management. Damp in every room. Electric bills 100 plus a month. Lots of vandalism outside, we had three cars vandalised.

Own an apartment here, a few normal issues which are being sorted, apartment always warm, good finish and appliances. Yes you can hear people in the corridors like all apartment blocks. However the Car parking situation is a joke and needs sorting urgently, sick of my space being taken.

I advise DO NOT live here I rent a 1 bedroom apartment - £595pcm including £75 maintenance/utility that has now apparently switched over and we had our very first electric bill out of the blue which is a extra £183 including council tax at £149pcm it's just a serious joke. Corridors smell! People do not know where the Bin area is. Letters are just thrown out in the reception area. Car parking! For ever having a visitor in your parking space! Not worth the money at all! Wouldn't recommend it - not one part of it is LUXURY! It's disgusting - cat litter tray was left on floor one outside the lift for more than 3 weeks I'm not responsible for moving it so why should i touch it! Someone left bin bag outside there apartment for a while and stunk out the fxckn corridor! Past a joke! Fxckn horrible. & centrick am just money money money.

The worst quality finish i have ever seen, on a "luxury block of flats". There are people, who during the cold weather were paying up to £80 per week just to heat their flat. When walking down the corridors to the flats, it's like walking on hardened cardboard and every footstep is like banging a drum. Do yourself a favour and don't buy a flat here.
