   Shocking company. Did the bare minimum, then never completed my claim, I took it upon myself to claim and won, they then claimed I owed the 30% for doing nothing. Requested cancellation of service before any outcome was decided, told no, which they shouldn't have done Don't use them, do it yourself. Constant threats of court action and ccj's, con artists from start to finish.

   AVOID, you do all.the work and they still charge you 30% even after cancellation. They will deny receiving your cancellation request and pursue fees for doing absolutely nothing. You don't need to use a claims firm just send the creditors a letter yourself. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY you may just give your money away.

   Ambulance chasers that don’t chase the ambulance’s- I used Allegiant to make a claim against amigo in 2019 a year later they said they were unsuccessful and closing my file. I thought nothing of this till amigo contacted me a year later asking if I would like to deal with them directly for compensation. Fast forward to June this year my case was successful and I was paid compensation, shortly after this allegiant emailed requesting payment for working on my behalf! When querying this with allegiant they were vague at best describing the work they had done on my behalf. To cut a long story short they hadn’t done any work apart from cutting and pasting responses amigo was posting on an open forum, when I complained about their so called efforts I was met with further evidence that nothing was personal to myself. And they simple had a list of names who had made an initial enquiry! I initially refused to make payment and took it to the financial ombudsman who basically said as i signed a legal document stating I would allow them to work on my behalf I would be liable for the fees. However I should take the case further as I have clear evidence they have done very little or near nothing on my behalf. Fingers crossed my case will be upheld and the fee returned, however moral of the story don’t use this lazy cowboy legal firm!

   Cannot fault this company one bit! Yes the process is slightly slow, there is a bit of paperwork to fill out but I am so glad I chose to start this process of complaining about Shop Direct early last year. I have had a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and I am so happy I will no longer be worrying every day! Allegiant did not take any percentage off as I didn’t win a physical cash award. Thank you Allegiant for this very simple process!

   Excellent company. Would recommend to all . If you have PPI ,store cards or credit cards then drop this company a line or message . Communication was excellent and they helped me.reduce a catalogue bill buy over 800 pound. They don't charge unless your get a rebate . So if your debit is reduced and you don't receive anything back they don't charge you. Debit can be scary but these guys really can help.

   Filled in a form, recieved a few emails to keep me updated. Finally came to a settlement but not recieved any payment yet, but almost daily harassment from allegiant wanting their payment for doing an uncompleted job. Surely you should be invoiced once they have seen the job completed and payment made. Not good for a person's mental health to be billed for an overdue payment on an uncompleted deal. Would rather have done this myself and saved a third of the outcome. Hindsight is a beautiful thing. So why send out an invoice and have the clock ticking before a pay out is recieved

   Saw an ad on my Instagram for claims made against a company I used to deal with (unfortunately). Filled out the application, provided the address timeline they required and after very regular updates from Allegiant received a settlement offer from the lender. Accepted the offer, did not want to mess about any further, happy to pay the fee as I took none of my time and I was very happy with the service & proactive communications via email. Start to finish no more than a few months and another line of credit closed and off my file. Just goes to show how TOXIC the subprime lending market is! Thanks Allegiant team, solid work all round.

   Filled out a form on Facebook, received a quick response. Everything was done for me and won my case against 1 plus 1 loans. Ended up walking away with 3.5k after fees. Absolutely awesome service. Thankyou so much to everyone at Allegiant. 5 stars from me.
