   We were extremely pleased with all the staff at Bloore, King and Kavanagh. We sold our property through them and also purchased our new property with them. They were always more than pleased to help, whether it was showing us around what was to be our new home, three or four times, or answering questions about the house moving process. Sean, Gail and Lennie were excellent and always helpful when organising viewings of both properties and nothing was too much trouble. Louise was fantastic at keeping everything moving along and we valued her weekly update on the sale and purchase progression. We have already recommended Bloore, King and Kavanagh to a friend who has received a valuation visit and plans to sell their property in the New Year.    We chose Bloore King and Kavanagh to sell our late father’s house from a shortlist of four agents and we have been really pleased with everything they have done for us from the initial house visit and valuation to the final sale completion. We have particularly appreciated their hard work and professionalism as we do not live locally. They produced an excellent sales brochure with great photographs. The marketing and viewings were handled very efficiently and they were very helpful throughout the sale negotiation process. Louise did a great job in keeping us informed on progress and communicating with all parties involved to get the sale to completion.

   We’ve just bought our first house and are very pleased with the service and help we have received from Bloore King and Kavanagh. I would like to give a special mention to 3 people. First of all, Lennie, who showed us around the property that we fell in love with (it was our second viewing!) Gail, who has been a massive help throughout the whole process and has answered any queries we have had in a friendly manner. Sadly, we didn’t get to meet Gail when we picked up our keys as she was doing viewings, but she was always so lovely on the phone. And last of all, Louise, who we couldn’t have got through the process without. Her service and support has been exceptional. We would also like to thank the rest of the team at Bloore King and Kavanagh who were all so kind to us when we went to pick up our keys! Overall, a positive experience. As a complete novice, I was delighted to receive fist class assistance and advice from this very professional estate agent.
