   I asked Billingham & Co for a valuation for a property owned by someone I have power of attorney for. Jez from the Wollaston/Stourbridge office came out and explained the options and how the sale process by modern auction worked. Selling a leasehold property that I knew very little about by auction was new territory for me. Jez made the whole journey easy for me, went out of his way to do things I wouldn't have expected him to do to support a very quick sale and did everything at pace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jez and the team to anyone.

   Honestly I didn't have to deal with these guys much. Phil Swingler (who was very pleasent) came to my place to do the valuation and that valuation was very much the same we got from other estate agents. We then had 2 viewings and got an offer straight away. Beyond that, we never really had to talk to them! Their fees were the lowest amongst their competitors without having to resort to using Purplebricks - something like 1.2% vs 1.5%-2% we were being quoted by others. We'd definitely use again if we hadn't now moved out of the area!

From the initial conversations about valuation, they way they supported each viewing, detailed literature etc. Were they excelled was the knowledge they took on board about our property. They were great at keeping in contact with me and the buyer. The process couldn't have been any more perfect.

   I would highly recommend Billingham Estate Agent in Dudley. Kelly Davies deserves special mention as she managed the experience of purchasing the property through a very challenging time (covid) where timescales were dragged out by a long wait for the Grant of Probate due to delays at the Probate Registry. Kelly provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. She was extremely professional and friendly at all times and most importantly kept nudging the sale along by keeping both parties informed as well as kept on pressing the solicitors for timely updates/information . The sale would not have had any chance of completing if it was not for her persistence and keeping all parties informed with realistic timescales. Well done , keep up the great work and look forward to using your services again.

To sell my house, I contacted the Dudley branch, and straight away was entered into a very professional, friendly experience with lots of smiles. Jamie Evans dealt with my sale, he proved to be excellent throughout the process . Kelly and the other Jamie were always there to help if he was unavailable.
