   Hello, I wanted to raise an issue here so that you don't get fooled by this finance company. Unfortunately, this company sold me a car and at first they treated me very well and told me not to worry. After the work was finished and I received the car, suddenly everything changed. They no longer give a proper answer to the customer. They gave me a very damaged car that cost about £1,000 to repair. When I told them, they told me that the company you went to pick up the car has a warranty and you have to coordinate with them. I called them, emailed them and texted them, but unfortunately they didn't answer me. I told this finance company that you are the owner of my account. I don't know that car showroom at all. You should follow up on this issue for me, but unfortunately they don't take any action. At first, they attract customers well. When the work is finished, they are no longer responsible and are really scammers. Be careful when buying from them. They don't even respect the text of their own contract. In the contract, if the customer is not satisfied, they can cancel the contract within 14 days. I made this request too, but they said it wasn't possible. I really have to scrap the car they gave me because I can't afford to fix it. This is not fair.

   Absolutely amazing service from Lee at Luv Car Loans, applied on the morning around 07:30am, by the same evening, I was accepted and found a suitable car and collected it after a few days. From start to finish Lee and his colleagues provided an excellent service, from explaining everything and doing all relevant checks on the car I wanted to purchase and the dealer I was buying it from. Cannot fault them in anyway! Highly recommended!

   Really not having a good time with luv car loans waited 2 and a half weeks for a car to be prepared for me.. (apparently the garages fault) all though when I picked the car up they had told me that they had told you it was a 10 to 14 day wait for the car to be prepared which was never mentioned to me then after picking the car up finally (traveled all the way from Warrington to Bristol to collect the car) for it to brake down 2 days later (turbo bearings) so in other words turbo needs to be replaced and now nearly 2 weeks and still no sign of the car being sorted I am self employed with 4 young children now out of work because of this I was then told that a curtsy car would be sorted which never happened apparently its in the contract that Iv signed that im not entitled to one which in its self is shocking. Iv called on numerous occasions and have been told that someone would call me back but they never do… all singing and dancing till you sign that contract im still in my 30 days and really contemplating cancelling the contract and telling them to come get the car it was sat on my front for a full week before the warranty company come to pick it up on a flat bed truck.. warranty company rang me the day after it was picked up asking why I had collected the car (news to me) it’s a good job I took a picture of my car on the back of the flat bed as they didn’t believe me when I told them it had been collected for repair need a manager to contact me to resolve this matter

   My experience with luv car loan has been spot on the guy who dealt with my account simeon adesina been very brilliant with handling my account to getting me the car needed great advise on my budget there so much I wanna say but 5 stars to him thank you so much im loving the car been a great experience and when he was not avaliable I spoke to a friendly lady called selina arrowsmith she has also been great to assisting any queries I had so thanks you both for you help and I would definitely recommend anyone to this company and these 2 gems

   Massive thankyou to joe for organising my finance was quick easy done everything he could to get us behind the wheel of our new to us bmw x5. He must of thought how awkward I was with how fussy I was with spec colour but we eventually got there after a couple of backwards and forward messaging 100% recommend luv car loans. Again thankyou so much . Ps. Joe that rolls was stunning you deserve that pay rise for it
