   I called the store to ask about returning / exchanging an item I purchased online a couple of weeks ago. The lady I spoke too was extremely helpful and answered all questions I asked. Today I went into store and was greeted by the lovely Chelsea. Every retail store should have an employee like her, she was extremely friendly and helpful and I walked away with the correct item.    Excellent service! Needed a particular type of cake tin, looked on the site and they did one. Rang the shop to make sure they had one in stock, and when I said I couldn't get in till following day they put in on one side for me. Saved a twenty mile round trip for nothing. Good quality tin with ten year guarantee, it's always worth paying a bit more for something that lasts.

   Went into Chesterfield store today to look at pans for my upcoming new kitchen. Susan was absolutely fantastic guiding me through everything. Only went to look ended up with 6 new pans! Never felt pressured in fact quite the opposite. Best prices and deals . Great value amazing staff.

   Very friendly staff and extremely helpful would definitely recommend, when the service arrived via delivery all items were intact, however I wasnt happy with a few items due to slight manufacturers faults, I called up and they exchanged them straight away. Very happy
