I attended this surgery today for a procedure and the staff were fantastic. They were so professional,friendly and polite. They are a credit to the themselves and to novus Health. I would like to thank Dr Ketcer, cath, Claire, Louise, and pat for their excellent service.
I want to say thank you to the admin staff at Trinity Medical centre and to the wonderful kind receptionist today at Sandal Castle surgery. Plus Doctor Lisha Jose. I have hearing impairment which has deteriorated to a level that I now can't hear on the phone. I liaised this time via my nhs app messages and the admin staff were brilliant courteous and understanding. They arranged a face to face appt for me at Sandal and again I received fantastic service from the receptionist and doctor. Pro Covid nearly all businesses deal either just online or by phone. For the hearing impaired using the phone can be an ordeal and very frustrating as you cannot understand most of the conversation and can't see the face and mouth of the person you are talking too. Thank you Sandal Castle and Trinity medical centres.
Terrible, can never get an appointment, receptionist very rude & unhelpful.
Huge thank you to Louise who has managed to get me a prescription ready in super quick time. Can't fault the triage service during the coronavirus epidemic. This is the second time I've needed to use it, and although Yes I had to wait on the phone for a time (as is to be expected right now), when I got through I was treated with respect and given sound help and advice. Thanks again.
Tried making an appointment for a congenital heart problem .Told no appointments for 2 months. Try back tomorrow. Potential ticking time bomb in my chest. Offered no alternative. Very poor service.
Turned up 3 mins late in a taxi. Couldnt auto check in so had to wait in line. 2 receptionists there only 1 working. Was told that the doctor has to leave because of child care issues. Asked if any other person ie a nurse could administer the injection. Told a blunt no. Didnt even go to check with the doctors . Shoddy
